Hi, I’m Tariq. I’m an IT professional by trade.
But for the past several years, gut health has been my personal obsession.

Not because I chose it. Because my gut forced me to pay attention.

I dealt with bloating, unpredictable digestion, low energy, and that constant “something is off” feeling for longer than I care to admit. I went down a lot of wrong paths before I started finding things that actually helped.

ThriveNaturally is what came out of that journey:

Why ThriveNaturally Is Different

There is a lot of gut health content online.
Some of it is excellent. A lot of it is vague, contradictory, or trying to sell you something.

Here is what I try to do differently:

I tell you what I actually know and I am clear
about what I do not. If the research on something is limited, I say so. If I tried something and it did not work for me, I share that too.

I do not pretend to be a doctor. This is not a
medical site. If you have a serious health concern, I will always point you toward seeing a professional – not try to replace that advice with a blog post.

What I can offer is something real: the perspective of someone who went through the research process, made mistakes, found things that helped, and spent a lot of time turning complicated information into something practical and readable.
